We will have it~ if... "WE ASK"....

Good Morning! just sharing my thoughts that have been on my heart for the last 3 days!  It is a simple word~  "WISDOM".  I was talking to my DIL about this and that~ and I made a statement using the word wisdom! I always hope that I have enough to share the truth; she commented that she hopes that God will give her  enough to endure the little trials that come up,  and it quickly came to me is that we are already e~quipped with it!~ just have to exercise it!  And....  we have it due to the fact of our Maturity, we are at different levels in our knowledge. I looked up the word wisdom and here is what I read ...knowledge and good judgement based on experience; being wise; scholarly knowledge; wise conduct ; and wise words.
Then it came to me again that God has something to say about WISDOM...*JESUS GREW IN WISDOM AND STATURE, AND IN FAVOR WITH GOD AND MEN.( Luke 2:52).
I just loved that! So wrapped up conversation w/ DIL and just simply told her that we have to ask God for it!   Day~ by~ Day...we GROW in Wisdom!!

Have a Happy:) and Wonderful Day Growing in ~ HIS ~ WISDOM ~ AND ~ KNOWLEDGE!

*IF ANY OF YOU LACKS WISDOM, HE SHOULD ASK GOD, WHO GIVES GENEROUSLY TO ALL WITHOUT FINDING FAULT, AND IT WILL BE GIVEN TO HIM. James 1:5 (NIV).

  4. Thank you Kay for the reminder that we can go to God and ask for wisdom. You are correct, we need to exercise the wisdom God has already given us. He gives us wisdom through His word, His Holy Spirit within us and through experience.
