E~N~J~O~Y:)

Happy:) Saturday Morning! Hope this finds you doing well! Just wanted to share with you a Happy:) Recipe, that will most certainly wake up your "Taste Buds"~ the hostess for our bunko group(which I had to miss this week:(~ e-mailed this to us and I had forgotten about it, but have made it several times~ It is really a good and simple dessert~ Hope you all have a Warm Week-End and ~ AND FULFILL YOUR SPIRIT WITH A WORD FROM GOD~

*OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND TASTE, OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE~
HOW GOOD GOD IS.
BLESSED ARE YOU WHO RUN TO HIM. Psalm 34:8{The Message}

"Apple Dumplings"
2- granny smith apples
2-pkgs crescent rolls
1- cup butter(melted)
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-tsp.cinnamon (or more if you like) {I like more!}
1-can of Mountain Dew(or 1- 1/4 cups)

Preheat oven to 350, cut apples into 8ths, roll each wedge into a crescent, Place into a 9x13, buttered dish. mix melted butter, sugar , vanilla , spoon over rolls, sprinkle w/cinnamon. pour mt. dew over top. bake uncovered for approx. 35-40 min. or until browned. Serve Warm.

    I haven't had time to visit or blog lately...until today. This recipe sounds yummy. I hope I can try it soon or maybe ask my daughter to try it when she comes home at Christmas.
