When ~all else FAILS.......

Good Monday Morning! Hope you have had a {SAFE}~ Happy:) week-end! Girls~ we are getting mixed messages with this weather! We here in East Texas have had a "very stormy wk-end!, and I am jumping back with a summer pic, to let you know we are going to be at 90 degrees today! and with winds at about 40-50 miles an hr. How crazy is this?! And my yard is full of leaves and branches, last night about 40 miles down the road, tornado's destroyed a brand new school and heavily damaged 2 more in that area! , and it traveled right down Hwy.31, and we had heavy rain and lots of hail! Praise God!!, my area was spared, but my son lives about 10 miles the other direction, and had left my house and his windshield got pounded, and broke from the hail! OK, Brandi and I went to Tyler shopping Sat. afternoon, My son called and said he and Bryan were headed to my house,{they both live in mobile homes}, because of threatening tornado's and severe weather, and to stay put where we were because it was headed for Tyler, We were in the mall at that time; all was well as we stayed put! Finally got home about 9pm. So to say the least it seemed that we were dodging high winds, hail, and heavy rain, all week-end! Wow! does that not make one tired? Ha-Ha! But guess what?......... when all else fails......PRAY!!.....................,

*WITHOUT WARNING, A FURIOUS STORM CAME UP ON THE LAKE, SO THAT THE WAVES SWEPT OVER THE BOAT. BUT JESUS WAS SLEEPING. THE DISCIPLES WENT AND WOKE HIM AND SAYING, "LORD, SAVE US! WE'RE GOING TO DROWN!". HE REPLIED, "YOU OF LITTLE FAITH, WHY? ARE YOU SO AFRAID?". THEN HE GOT UP AND REBUKED THE WINDS AND THE WAVES, AND IT WAS COMPLETELY CALM. THE MEN WERE AMAZED AND ASKED, "WHAT KIND OF MAN IS THIS? EVEN THE WINDS AND WAVES OBEY HIM"! Matthew 8:24-27(NIV).

  3. Hi there, Glad to hear you were kept safe this weekend; the winds have hit here, especially in the mountains, but this morning they are gale force. No hail and rain but everything is blowing for sure. A good day to stay inside.
    Blessings and love,
    Noreen
