Hi! Ladies; wish you were here! We would have Breakfast! maybe eggs, bacon, toast, and fresh fruit! Had a really fun time at Bunk-o last night! Brought home a miserable full, ate way to much taco salad, and sopapilla cheese cake self!! and a cute gift! What more could I ask? But it is so fun and relaxing with the laughter and fellowship that these girls bring to the table! Thank you Lord for Refreshment~ of the soul! OK, here's the recipe for this cheese cake! Just be careful; because it causes one to eat more than you should! {PS. some like to drizzle this w/ honey, But serve Warm!!
Sopapilla CheeseCake~
2 cans of crescent rolls
2-8oz. cream cheese(softened)
1and 1/3 cups of sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter(melted)
Preheat oven to 325. Roll out 1 can of rolls, in a 9x13 pan. (I spray mine with just a little spray);
Mix the cream cheese and 1 c. sugar together and spread on top of crescent rolls.( I added a little extra cinnamon to this mixture); Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle half of sugar/cinnamon mixture on top of cream cheese. Roll out 2nd can of rolls and place it on top, Sprinkle remaining sugar /cinnamon on top and cover w/melted butter. Bake approx. 20-25 minutes. E~N~J~O~Y!
