Reflections? {what are they saying}?

JUST AS WATER MIRRORS YOU FACE, SO YOUR FACE MIRRORS YOUR HEART. PROVERBS 27:19{The Message}.
Blessings! to You this Thursday morning! I have to tell you that I laid myself back down this morning, I was feeling just a little extra tired. But with just that extra hour I feel better now. As I was reading some in Proverbs a little while ago I ran across this scripture and thought it was very interesting. I haven't looked it up yet in another version but I could not get away from this verse, and I thought I am going to share it with my Friends! I just Loved It! It seems that I need to get a deeper thought of what it is saying but just cannot arrive there yet of what this word is saying! But the picture here is that Our "Reflection" can be seen in a pool of water and so "Our Hearts"~ is what really reveals us? OK, please correct me if I am wrong! but this is what it is saying!! because God looks on the Heart that is where our very being is "stabilized" and the out come is what reflections does it show when the Heart is Emerged? Oh! I Love the Spirit of God! I think I just got it! So if you read this post, I would love to hear your reflection on this verse.
Father, I want to Thank You for your precious words of life, that I might absorb my thoughts into my Heart and "Reflect" the Love of Jesus in all that I do and all that I am. In Jesus Name Amen.

  2. Ahh, and what about this: Since when HE looks at us, He sees HIMSELF...(we are wrapped up and covered in Jesus and His righteousness) that means when He looks at us, the reflection He sees is Himself in us. And one day, when we see His face, the reflection WE will see is HIS LOVING HEART, intertwined with ours. But for now, on the "practical level," does everything in our lives reflect His heart to the world? Time for me to check what's in the spiritual mirror. Thanks for this Check-Point today! :)
